The last two days have been very good for us on Guidance! We spent our last night in the province of Quebec anchored in the harbor at Chandler. The anchorage was safe and secure, though we had some swell that rolled in over the night.
Leaving Chandler, we sailed across Chaleur Bay. The wind was perfect for a spirited sail — it was so fun! We anchored off Miscou Island, arriving in New Brunswick, and had a great night’s rest.
Today, the winds weren’t as cooperative, but we had a beautiful day for motor sailing, arriving at Bay du Vin Island in Mirimichi Bay.
Koleena and Hillary took great care of us today: lunch was shrimp ceviche and dinner was pasta with clams in a white wine sauce — wow!
