Interesting that we should bookend these two weeks with overnight passages, and how different the overnights were!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our first overnight on Superior was very cold. We wore 3-5 layers of clothing to try to bear it. It was Anne\u2019s first overnight, and it had been more than a year since Jim had done an overnight. We had not yet settled into a boat rhythm. Now, we are experienced with Guidance, the weather was almost balmy, and we have a regular motion to how we do this together.
