On Saturday we had an easy run from Bouctouche to Summerside, Prince Edward Island (PEI), a mix of sailing and motoring under rainy skies. We arrived at about 7 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had a delicious seafood dinner at the Marina bar with Anne\u2019s cousin Tim and his wife Kate, who have a cottage on the north side of PEI (opposite from us here in Summerside) and were soon to bed after a long day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kate invited us to spend Sunday with neighbor friends on their fishing boat. They have a tradition of heading down the French River to a small chain of islands, beaching the boat and enjoying the day swimming, walking the beach, grilling, and socializing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
